Dive center on the island of Krk

Our dive center "DIVESPORT Krk" is situated in a beautiful bay between the towns Krk and Punat on the island of Krk, situated directly at the sea.
From Munich, we are only 585 km and to reach by car in about 6.5 hours. Ample parking places are available directly in front the dive center.

The island of Krk with its picturesque villages, lush vegetation and crystal clear water, is located in the Kvarner bay. The island is connected by bridge to the mainland, which is open 24h.

The airport Rijeka is located on the island of Krk, about 20 minutes drive from the dive center, and can be reached several times a week from various european airports.


Equipment

The base is equipped with modern equipment. These include:

- 15 complete sets of diving equipment

- 80 tanks, 12 liters

- Draeger Rebreather

- Photo and video equipment and lots more

We fill our bottles with a regularly maintained Bauer compressor with an air delivery capacity of 650 liters / minute.

The dive center has a modern training room, equipment room with lockable compartments for the equipment and hang up possibilities for the guests diving suits and jackets. We also have a compressor room with a fully equipped workshop.

A special highlight is the 80 m² large terrace, of course with sea view, to invite sitting together after diving and relax while enjoying the great view of the bay of Punat.


Surrounding and recreational opportunities

The dive center "DIVESPORT Krk" is situated directly on a small beach in the bay of Punat.
Right next to the dive center is the restaurant "Dunat". Before diving there you can comfortably enjoy your breakfast and after diving a beer or cocktail at the beach bar.

A tourist office with currency exchange is also located in our building. Here you can receive information about the island of Krk and its recreational opportunities and also book your accommodation.
Of course for booking or inquiring a room or appartement as well our online form can be used.

"Ski-lift Krk" is just 300 meters from the dive center. There you can have fun with wakeboarding or water skiing.
